Mark Frost was born in 1953 in America. He is an American book writer, as well as a director, executive producer, and a television/film writer. He was born in New York City, but moved to Los Angeles during his childhood. He became famous when in the TV show in the 1980's called the Hill Street blues. He wrote the Greatest Game Ever Played, a story of an underdog beating a very famous professional golfer. He also wrote another golf book called the Match: the day the game of golf changed forever. These books are based of true golf related stories. I read his books a lot because I like to play golf and read golf books. He writes great golf books that make you want to keep reading.
